Opportunities for growth and training Structured Cabling Technician Position Type: Full-time Department: Infrastructure / Telecommunications / Networks JOB OBJECTIVE: Execute physical installation of voice, data, and power networks, ensuring compliance with international telecommunications standards and electrical safety regulations, while maintaining high levels of quality, order, and safety on every project. REQUIREMENTS: Willingness to travel. Technical Skills and Experience \*1\. Conduit and Support Systems: \* Proven experience with thick-wall and thin-wall conduit piping. Precise cutting and anchoring according to load-bearing regulations. Installation of alarm systems (Honeywell, Vista128, DMP) and access control systems. Rack installation. Level transitions. Grounding of structural components. 2\. Voice and Data Cabling: Running UTP cable (Cat 5e, 6, and 6A). Camera installation. Neat and aesthetic cable management within racks and cabinets. Jack termination following T568A and T568B standards. Patch panel termination. Basic knowledge of continuity testing and node certification. 3\. Electrical Cabling: Installation of branch circuits for power (regulated and standard outlets). Connection of basic electrical panels and simple load balancing. Identification of phase, neutral, and physical ground wires. Desired Competencies Order and cleanliness: ability to deliver aesthetically pleasing and well-organized work. Industrial safety: proper use of PPE, safe handling of ladders and elevated platforms. Blueprint interpretation: reading network diagrams and architectural blueprints for correct outlet placement. TOOLS REQUIRED TO MASTER: Pipe bender (Bender). Rotary hammer drill and hand tools (pliers, impact punch-down tools, cable strippers). Multimeter and basic network testers. WE OFFER: Job stability.
