Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer/Architect to manage the development process of manufacturing and assembly of steel structures, lead field teams, and ensure project profitability. We provide specialized engineering services covering the entire project lifecycle—from conceptual stage, design and executive engineering, construction supervision, existing buildings, renovations, and rehabilitations. Additionally, we offer our clients steel structure fabrication and assembly. **Job Requirements** *Job Objective:* Manage, through effective communication, the development process of steel structure manufacturing and assembly across all project phases—including scope definition, process planning, interpretation of detailed engineering drawings, scheduling, document control, communication between administrative and execution departments, time/cost/scope monitoring and control, and project closeout. Your mission will be to lead a field team responsible for fabricating and assembling steel structures for industrial warehouses. Strategic vision is required to ensure project progress. You will generate reports on physical progress and resource control, demonstrating that projects are profitable for the company. ***We Require:*** * Experience in steel structure manufacturing and assembly processes. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field—graduated or incomplete. * Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience (in steel structure manufacturing or assembly for industrial warehouses). * Full-time availability. * Knowledge of civil and structural engineering systems. ***Hard Skills*** * Advanced knowledge of steel structures for buildings and industrial warehouses. * Ability to read shop drawings. * Quantification experience. * Experience working at heights. * Problem-solving ability with resource optimization. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. ***Soft Skills*** * Strong negotiation skills. * Analytical and results-oriented problem solving. * Accountability. * Sense of urgency. * Leadership and teamwork. * Personality and character. * Effective verbal and written communication. * Critical thinking. * Strong organizational skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise construction site personnel. * Maintain effective communication with clients to expedite construction processes. * Negotiate pricing, scopes, and timelines with suppliers and workers. * Practice assertive communication with internal team members. * Ensure timely and budget-compliant project closure. **Additional Benefits and Perks** We are a growing, innovative, and continuously evolving company—and we recognize the importance of transforming our business through our employees.
