Location and Employment Mode Work Area: Colonia Roma Norte, CDMX. Employment Type: Fixed-term project-based contract. The Challenge This project demands high-precision supervision of critical specialties such as fine carpentry, architectural metalwork, and lighting. We seek someone who serves as the on-site quality guardian and the central communication hub among all involved parties. Key Responsibilities: On-site Supervision: Ensure execution strictly complies with drawings and Zemvra’s excellence standards. Specialty Management: Coordinate and supervise premium finishes (wood, architectural metals, lighting systems, etc.). Strategic Liaison: Act as the key link between the design firm, specialized suppliers, and the end client. Construction Control: Guarantee adherence to the schedule and resolve technical issues with efficient, real-time solutions. Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Site Architect, with a portfolio focused on luxury residential projects, boutique spaces, or high-design commercial developments. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, advanced drawing interpretation, and handling of specialty materials. Soft Skills: Obsessive attention to detail, field team leadership, assertive communication, and strong management capability.
