**SHE Specialist** **Location:** MX DC\-Tepotzotlan **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering. * 2 to 5 years of experience in SHE within warehouses and distribution centers. * Knowledge of STPS regulations, Civil Protection, environmental regulations, warehouse-related standards, ISO 45001 and 14001 standards\. * Advanced intermediate proficiency in Excel. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Power BI. * Proficiency in AI. * Advanced intermediate proficiency in English. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage, analyze, and interpret safety and health data using corporate tools (SHE\-PM, Compliance Assessments, AAA), identify deviations, and develop action plans to strengthen continuous improvement and safety culture. * Provide support in risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and corrective action management, promoting decision-making with safety leadership across all areas. * Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and corporate systems (NCE, TPM, NSMS) through self-assessments, action plan follow-up, and execution of SHE management system improvement projects. * Guarantee the correct implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Safety and Health Management System, driving initiatives and projects aligned with certifications and corporate standards. * Manage compliance with legal Safety and Health regulations, ensuring timely updates to the legal matrix and prompt fulfillment of regulatory requirements. * Promote safety and sustainability culture through training, participation in interdisciplinary teams, and awareness-raising among internal and external personnel. * Investigate SHE indicator deviations, ensuring reliable information based on national, international, and internal regulations. * Identify hazards and risks in the workplace, promoting safe practices and protocol compliance to prevent accidents and minimize environmental impact.
