Job Mission: Support the factory’s Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) strategy, being responsible for environmental legal compliance, delivering SHE strategy and training to various departments on environmental matters, contractor management, and lifting operations; leveraging Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) tools to fulfill Safety, Health, and Ecology programs through the SHE pillar. Ensures implementation and compliance with Nestlé’s environmental requirements. A Day in the Life of... * Identify and assess environmental risks and impacts of the Factory. * Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) within the factory. * Implement the 5S program in assigned areas. * Ensure compliance with the Environmental Legal Requirements Matrix. * Manage the Safety and Environment document control system. * Attend daily safety-related meetings. * Lead root cause analysis of basic issues. * Manage, capture, and analyze data from management tools. * Comply with ISO 14001\. * Maintain ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) certification\. * Coordinate contractor management. * Provide support by citing applicable national and international standards in the factory’s risk assessment program, environmental aspects, incident investigations, and audits; also manage deliverables from colleagues through tracking, collection, and follow-up. * Demonstrate discipline and lead by example.
