We are looking for a Service Advisor** **Requirements** * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma * Experience in customer service (preferably in automotive dealerships or repair shops) * Basic knowledge of automotive service processes * Computer and basic software proficiency * Excellent personal presentation * Service-oriented attitude with a customer focus **Responsibilities** * Receive and assist customers entering the service area * Generate service orders and track repairs or maintenance work * Explain to customers the required work on their vehicles * Monitor the status of vehicles in the workshop * Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining the work performed * Ensure a satisfactory service experience for customers **Competencies and Skills** * Customer attention and service * Effective communication * Organization and follow-up * Teamwork * Proactivity **Compensation** * Base salary of **$11,000 monthly gross** * Commission structure * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities **Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM At **AUTOCOM**, we value diversity and inclusion.
