**Studio Idirin Sobera is a luxury architecture and interior design studio based in Mexico, creating transformative and customized spaces for discerning clients.** **We are seeking a SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER — join our team!** *We seek a Senior Architect focused on architectural design, executive project development, and 3D modeling for high-end residential and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate is oriented toward conceptualization, architectural representation, and technical documentation—not construction supervision or on-site execution.* **Responsibilities:** * Development of architectural design proposals for high-end residential and hospitality projects. * Executive project development and technical documentation. * Preparation of architectural drawings, details, and construction packages. * 3D modeling and architectural visualization. * Development of conceptual presentations and graphic materials. * Internal coordination of deliverables and design phases. * Research and specification of materials, finishes, and architectural solutions. * Participation in design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination. * Adherence to the studio’s aesthetic standards and design guidelines. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end architectural design. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop. * Essential: 3D modeling and architectural visualization skills. * Experience in executive project development and technical documentation. * Knowledge of design phases: Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents & Procurement. * Excellent aesthetic sensitivity and architectural judgment. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. **We offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity to work on high-profile events and luxury projects. * A creative, dynamic, and collaborative work environment. * Professional growth within an expanding company.
