Collaborate in the planning and execution of sports and recreational events. **CÍRCULO FRANCÉS DE MÉXICO** **Job Posting: Plastic Arts and Crafts Educator** **Requirements:** * **Age**: 22 to 35 years old. * **Academic Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Pedagogy, or related fields. * **Specialization**: Expert in Plastic Arts and crafts. * **Experience**: * Experience working with children, preferably in Summer Course programs, recreational activities, or similar settings. * Knowledge of early childhood pedagogy, child care, and/or early childhood education. * Experience creating and implementing group activities for children (e.g., Boy Scouts, recreational activities, organized games). **Skills and Competencies:** * **Proactivity**: Ability to take initiative and conduct activities without constant supervision. * **Responsibility**: Commitment to achieving the program’s educational and sports objectives. * **Verbal Communication Skills**: Strong oral communication skills, with the ability to interact with and motivate children and their surroundings. * **Teamwork**: Collaborative attitude with other members of the educational and sports team. * **Empathy and Patience**: Aptitude to connect with children of various ages and foster a safe and stimulating environment. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver classes and training sessions, fostering discipline, teamwork, and children’s physical development. * Organize and supervise sports and recreational activities during Summer Courses, ensuring participants’ safety and well-being. * Design educational activities that promote social interaction, learning, and respect for sports. * Evaluate children’s physical performance and progress, adapting exercises and activities according to their needs. * Collaborate in the planning and execution of sports and recreational events organized by the institution. The amount stated in this job posting corresponds to the total payment for the entire duration of the event.
