Our core pillar is the "People First" philosophy, enabling holistic and unique experiences that integrate each team member’s personal life stage and professional career path. *Join Our Team!* Supervise your team’s scheduling activities to meet requirements by optimizing production cycles, negotiating production runs with plants, and coordinating maintenance agreements. Calculate short- and medium-term capacities across various plants and contract manufacturers for different product families to achieve annual and quarterly volume targets (BP / S\&OP), and provide recommendations regarding crew allocation to plants. **Experience in:** * 2 years in production planning coordination, capacity analysis, managing information databases, and planning products for food-grade packaging lines **Technical Knowledge:** * SAP * Intermediate Excel * Manufacturing Processes **Responsibilities:** * Analyze databases from various departments to calculate capacities based on nominal line speeds, historical efficiency data, and line/plant utilization, considering the supply matrix. * Validate and monitor achievement of Critical Success Factors and internal KPIs through consistent, quantifiable measurements. * Supervise production planning activities at each plant alongside the work team to ensure timely availability of VAD and product launches. * Supervise and expedite on-time release of source products by submitting reports to ensure inventory availability and/or movements in scheduling, minimizing impacts on FR and BATCH. * Control, evaluate, and ensure the validity of Production Planning documentation on the Loyal platform, standardizing processes and complying with audit requirements. * Update capacity exercises based on volume updates to request crews from Stills and UHT plants. * Verify and monitor timely delivery of Production Planning team and contract manufacturers’ outputs to related process areas efficiently and effectively. * Collaborate with departments involved in the production planning process to align information delivery timelines for launches, line startups, trials, and protocols to ensure availability. **Competencies:** * Decision Making * Organization and Execution * Transformation **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in a related field. **Our Value Proposition:** *Competitive salary plus benefits exceeding statutory requirements.* *Opportunities for growth.*
