Job Summary: This position ensures compliance of pawn loans, identifies fraudulent transactions, and optimizes the performance of pawn inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure compliance of pawn loans and detect fraud. 2. Inventory management and valuation of gold pawn items. 3. Customer activation and retention strategies. Job Objective Ensure that pawn loans processed by branches comply with business-established policies and procedures, as well as identify fraudulent transactions. Main Responsibilities Reshipping pawn items via systems.\*Tagging pawn items.\*Inventory management, process reviews, review of pawn loan documentation (jewelry, vehicles, silver).\*Define customer activation, usage, and retention strategies.\*Reporting, submission for review and results, follow-up on findings.\*Provide feedback to branch staff regarding identified areas for improvement during reviews. Candidate Profile Knowledge of gold pawn item valuation. * Inventory management knowledge, * Experience in data analysis.
