**NCE Head** * Veracruz Factory * Engineering * 4 years of experience in TPM knowledge, continuous improvement methodologies, and digitalization tools. * Intermediate to advanced English **Mission** Lead the high-quality design and execution of NAOOMI + Digital implementation to achieve zero losses with business-aligned, sustainable results, develop factory competencies, and thereby maximize application of Lean & TPM tools and the SDCA / PDCA cycle using methods and systems. **Key Responsibilities** 1\. Lead NAOOMI implementation at the factory Drive factory performance through competency development, coaching, and audits of NCE+Digital systems, practices, and tools 2\. Functional Support to Manufacturing/Production: Support functional competency development (AM+IP) within production teams to ensure compliance with standards and mandatory requirements common across all categories 3\. Operational Benchmarking Support various functions of the Technical Division with internal and external Nestlé benchmarking, proposing constructive alternatives and challenges related to productivity and costs/losses 4\. Lead TPM strategies and improve execution of the factory plan. Coordinate strategy and integration of the deployment plan for the factory, including selection of TPM initiatives, deployment priorities, and scope locations. 5\. Coordinate appropriate allocation of structure and resources to support effective deployment of TPM initiatives. Establish the correct organization (people and structure) to support TPM initiative deployment, aligned with the NCE operational framework and TPM reference guide. **What Will Make You Successful** Knowledge of: 1\. Knowledge of manufacturing instructions and production control related to St 21.908 and its annexes and other applicable standards (Manufacturing Functional Compliance) 4\. Interpret and use Nestlé Integrated Management Systems / ISO 9001, Market Functional Assessments / Internal and External Audits / Maturity Level Assessments 5\. Knowledge and application of St. Costing Standards for Manufacturing and OPEX Value Creation Standard, to effectively support creation and execution of cost optimization strategies 6\.
