Job Summary: We are seeking a Laboratory Technical Manager in the food area to develop products, train sales teams, and provide technical support to customers and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Track technical opportunities arising from new developments to generate sales of specialty products. * Analyze technical information to formulate recommendations. * Conduct technical training for the sales force to enhance technical competency regarding products serving the industries covered by the business unit. * Maintain contact with suppliers to stay informed about emerging trends. * Consult and request technical information from our suppliers to train the sales team. * Support the commercial team during technical visits with customers. Represent the sales team when customers require clarification and/or technical consultation regarding products or formulations.
