Job Summary: We are seeking a Weight Training Instructor to join our team, responsible for guiding members through their training programs, correcting techniques, and ensuring safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Guide and correct members' exercise techniques 2. Teach proper use of equipment and exercises 3. Ensure compliance with regulations and safety We are looking for a Weight Training Instructor to join our team. **Weight Training Instructor** Responsibilities: * Approach members to verify they are following a training program. * Provide corrections or improvements to exercise technique. * Teach members how to use each piece of equipment and perform each exercise. * Enforce facility regulations. * Conduct facility tours while monitoring member safety. * Complete operational records during shift (capacity counts, attendance, reports, etc.). * Provide information about assessments and group classes. * Promote club and gym events to members. * Report facility maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions. * Report emergencies. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Sports or related field. * **Certifications in training totaling at least 90 hours, accredited by certified institutions. Minimum 1 year of experience as a weight training or personal trainer.** * Customer service skills. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a weight training instructor. * Minimum 1 year of experience teaching group classes in any discipline. * **Valid CPR certification.** **Schedule**: 6 hours daily, Monday through Sunday, with rotating weekend days off.
