We are seeking a professional with experience in international logistics and foreign trade to coordinate import and export operations of agricultural products and seeds to various countries. The position will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of all international logistics operations, including coordination of maritime, air, and land shipments; regulatory compliance; customs documentation; and end-to-end tracking until final delivery. Responsibilities * Coordinate international import and export operations. * Manage maritime, air, and land shipments. * Provide full logistical operation tracking until final delivery. * Coordinate with: * Shipping lines * Freight forwarders * Customs brokers * Carriers * International suppliers * Supervise foreign trade documentation: * Commercial invoices * Packing lists * Bills of Lading (B/L) / Air Waybills (AWB) * Phytosanitary certificates * Customs entry forms (Pedimentos) * Import/export documentation * Ensure compliance with international customs and trade regulations. * Negotiate logistics costs and rates. * Identify and develop new logistics suppliers. * Resolve operational incidents and delays. * Monitor transit times and deliveries. * Prepare operational reports and logistics cost analyses. * Maintain consistent communication with international clients and suppliers. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in: * International Trade * International Business * Logistics * Supply Chain * Administration or related field Experience * 3+ years in international logistics or foreign trade. * Experience coordinating imports/exports. * Experience with international multimodal shipments. * Experience managing logistics suppliers and customs brokers. * Preferred experience with agricultural products, seeds, or regulated goods.
