Position Summary: We are seeking general maintenance personnel to ensure the proper operation and safety of sports facilities and common areas by performing preventive and corrective tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across various facilities. 2. Ensure facility safety and optimal condition. 3. Support events and coordinate external vendors. **Main Responsibilities** **1\. General Maintenance** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on: * Padel courts (glass panels, nets, lighting) * Common areas (restrooms, locker rooms, reception, bar) * Amenities area (electrical systems, installations, etc.) * Electrical, hydraulic equipment, and furniture * Promptly detect and report malfunctions. **2\. Facility Supervision** * Conduct daily general inspections of the club. * Ensure technical cleanliness (details affecting appearance: lights, leaks, noises, etc.). * Guarantee all facilities remain in optimal condition. **3\. Tools and Materials Management** * Maintain inventory control of tools and spare parts. * Timely request necessary supplies. * Ensure proper use of work equipment. **4\. Operational Support** * Assist in event setup (holiday parties, tournaments, activations). * Respond to internal staff maintenance-related requests. * Coordinate external vendors when required. **5\. Safety** * Ensure facilities meet safe conditions. * Prevent risks to customers and staff. * Immediately report critical situations. **Position Profile** **Education:** * Junior high school or high school diploma (technical training in maintenance, electricity, or related field preferred) **Experience:** * Minimum 1\-2 years in general maintenance * Experience in sports facilities (preferred) **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic electricity * Basic plumbing * Tool usage * General maintenance Salary: Up to $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
