




Job Summary: Identify and develop domestic suppliers, conduct risk assessments, and disseminate technical knowledge to resolve failures and develop the service network. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of domestic suppliers in accordance with regulations. 2. Risk assessment and communication of results to suppliers. 3. Dissemination of technical knowledge and resolution of failures. Job Objective Identify top domestic suppliers compliant with regulations established by the Ministry of Economy, and develop domestic supplier capabilities for our industry Main Responsibilities Conduct risk assessments of potential domestic suppliers. * Report evaluation results comparatively for potential domestic suppliers. * Communicate key risk elements or outstanding aspects of each supplier that could impact the success of new Italika projects, enabling appropriate business decision-making. * Workload management and objective planning. * Resolution of specialized technical cases in the field. * Document diagnostic and repair procedures for complex cases jointly with the Service Network so they can be resolved correctly, swiftly, and consistently across the national network. * Identify technical needs of the CESIT Network to develop technical training plans for the national network. * Report relevant product failure cases to Failure Analysis to pursue root-cause solutions with suppliers. * Disseminate technical knowledge, resolutions for known failures, and relevant product specifications to the Service Network and customers via technological platforms.
