Position Summary: Ensure timely delivery of materials and provide status information on purchase orders, managing procurement logistics and communication with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and optimization of delivery times **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure timely delivery of materials required by Procurement and provide timely status information on purchase orders. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:** * Ensure timely delivery of materials ordered from suppliers according to agreed timelines. * Manage procurement logistics for materials, securing necessary documentation for importation and customs clearance. Obtain accurate information among Suppliers, Importation, and Procurement departments. * Notify the Procurement or Quotation department of any deviations from purchase order terms to resolve them promptly. * Notify requestors of any delays or deviations in deliveries. * Ensure shipment date information is available in the system. * Maintain an up-to-date database of delivery times. * Obtain information on alternative products and manage them in the system in case of obsolescence or stockouts. * Ensure and confirm ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrival) to support supplier evaluation and performance measurement. * Perform any other duties as reasonably required in support of this position or department. * Comply with the Company’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Adhere to the Company’s current Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures. * Know and comply with departmental procedures documented in the SGI. Requirements: **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **EXPERIENCE:**1 year in procurement or customer service. **KNOWLEDGE:**1. Basic concepts of importation and international trade. 2. Problem-solving skills. 3. Fundamental knowledge of supply chain management. 4. Customer service orientation. 5. Negotiation skills. **LANGUAGES:**Advanced English
