Collaboration on special projects Miguel Hidalgo Borough Mexico Administration **External Job Description** **PURPOSE** Facilitate the management of the Pet Division leadership and their direct teams by performing and coordinating administrative activities that enable efficient workflow across supported areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate schedules and travel plans for leadership. * Prepare expense reports for reimbursement purposes. * Ensure relevant documentation for supported leadership is maintained in an organized, secure, and up-to-date manner. * Collaborate on special projects assigned by leadership to achieve divisional objectives. **REQUIREMENTS** EDUCATION: * Completed bachelor’s degree EXPERIENCE: * Minimum 1 year supporting more than one person.
