Position Summary: Design, implement, and validate Supply Network systems to transform the business with technological capabilities and ensure continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and effective communication Position Objective Possess the ability to understand the operation and functionality of associated Supply Network systems, enabling the location with the necessary technological capabilities to transform the business through physical and digital configuration—aligned with network nodes and fluid operations—as well as group-established parameters (safety, improvement, etc.). Main Responsibilities Design, implement, validate, ensure, and apply logistics knowledge (Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration and Systems) with broad technical and operational skills. * Communicate project status and resolution to the Organization and stakeholders until handover to operations via scheduled sessions aligned with the project plan approved by senior management to ensure understanding and successful implementation of approved initiatives. * Identify risks of non-compliance with the project plan to report progress and establish mitigation actions, and verify corrective actions to ensure adherence to the project plan. * Efficiently lead Supply Network process strategies, planning, and execution—with clearly defined timelines for participants and key performance indicators—to minimize operational impact, maximize resource utilization, and continuously pursue successful improvements. * Implement required changes to the Supply Network, considering associative thinking regarding impacts. * Create and measure performance indicators based on proposed process flows and procedures of suggested initiatives to facilitate decision-making by senior management. Candidate Profile Experience in: * Logistics PMO & Technology Projects & Infrastructure * Technology integrator or implementer (physical enablement of logistics solutions and specialized deliveries, e.g., Smart Lockers, last-mile apps, etc.) * Process improvement. * Results orientation, effective communication, and teamwork.
