Monitoring quality policies and billing procedures Growing Leading Customs Agency **Billing Analyst** Requirements: Age between 25 and 45 years Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with diploma and professional license. Preferred experience in a customs agency Minimum 3 years’ experience performing the following duties: * Billing services for assigned clients. * Analyzing documents received from the operations department (document integration), both physically and electronically (MZO and AICM), to issue expense statements. * Verifying that physical expenses match entries made by document integration (MZO and AICM) and treasury: taxes, advances, and expenses in the SICA system. * Validating that supplier invoices (terminals and warehouses) match applicable general rate schedules. * Issuing expense statements. * Compiling expense statements both physically and electronically, with corresponding supporting documentation. * Sending expense statements electronically or via the procurement portal, as applicable. * Delivering original files to the collections department for physical delivery to the client (as applicable). * Preparing detailed operational reports according to client requirements. * Monitoring compliance with quality policies and billing procedures. * Ensuring terminals and warehouses charge services according to current rates.
