Join our team and participate in projects where sound quality and technical execution are fundamental to the event experience. **Company:** B\&E EMPLOYEE BENEFITS S. de R.L. de C.V. **Required Profile and Knowledge** Education: Technical or bachelor’s degree in audio, acoustics, or related field Experience in event sound reinforcement Knowledge of conventional and linear audio systems Proficiency with analog and digital mixing consoles Knowledge of microphone techniques and acoustics Identification and handling of audio equipment Ability to perform basic fault diagnosis Availability for fieldwork and travel Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented profile **Main Responsibilities** Setup and operation of audio equipment at events Verification of proper equipment functionality Conducting sound checks and necessary adjustments Fault identification and preventive/corrective maintenance Supervision of correct voltage usage for equipment Ensuring sound quality according to event type Alignment and configuration of audio systems Logistics support, equipment setup and teardown Compliance with safety standards for equipment installation **Work Location** Industrial Vallejo neighborhood, Azcapotzalco, Ciudad de México *Primarily field-based work across various events* **Schedule** Monday to Saturday (field assignments with per diem provided) Operational shift aligned with technical service requirements **Benefits** Salary: $9,582\.47 net monthly Statutory benefits Paid per diems Complimentary nutrition services Professional psychological support Employee discount card Interviews are conducted in person.
