Position Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in making important decisions, managing inventory, supervising and motivating the sales team, and analyzing key metrics to improve store performance. Revolución, Insurgentes Mixcoac, Benito Juárez, 03920 Ciudad de México, CDMX **What will you earn?** **Base monthly salary**: $9,500 net Paid **weekly on Wednesdays**: $9,500 ÷ 30 days \= $316\.66 per day $316\.66 × 7 days \= **$2,216 weekly** **Uncapped weekly commissions: $500 to $2,500\.** **How do you earn commissions?** Each week, we assign you a **sales target**. You begin earning commission upon achieving **90% or more** of your target. **Simple formula**: * Divide your sales by 1\.16 to exclude VAT * Multiply the result by your achievement percentage Example: $82,450 ÷ 1\.16 \= $71,077\.59 $71,077\.59 × 1\.16% \= **$824\.50 commission** **Here, you control your earnings: sell more, earn more.
