Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales (ideally in retail, fashion, footwear, or accessories). Education: High school diploma (completed or incomplete). Attitude: Proactive, enjoys customer interaction, and passionate about sales. **Your mission on the team:** *You will be the engine of our store and the face of the brand.* Your main responsibilities include: \* **Boost Sales:** Exceed individual and branch sales targets by providing exceptional purchasing advice. \* **Store Operations:** Cash handling, collections, and support in maintaining store visual standards. \* **Supportive Leadership:** Cover branch operations in the absence of the Store Manager (e.g., during rest days), ensuring seamless operations. **What SPORTSPLACE offers you:** **Your effort is rewarded!** Base Salary: $9,100 MXN Gross (Fixed and guaranteed) **Commissions and Bonuses:** Weekly branch-target bonuses (up to $2,000 MXN additional per month).
