Desirable knowledge of the company’s business sector (products, processes). Knowledge of quality and food safety certifications. Basic knowledge of industrial machinery. Industrial safety. Personnel management. Control and organization. Sense of urgency. Track continuous improvement projects. Identify improvement opportunities in production processes. Track purchase requests with corporate and assigned suppliers. Acknowledge completed work. Manage the document control system (ISO). Record work orders, review consumption data, and close work orders on time. Ensure daily updates of KPIs for batching, rolling, pelleting, mixing, grinding, and packaging, pelleting. Analyze production film reports with accurate information.
