MGCS, a Franco-Mexican accounting firm with over 30 years of experience in financial and accounting services, is seeking a Returns Assistant who can contribute accounting expertise while serving international companies from various countries—primarily European subsidiaries—as well as domestic clients. Your talent will be part of a learning and improvement culture, working alongside competent teams and gaining solid knowledge with the support of more experienced mentors.
What Do You Need?
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* Experience: 3+ years in administrative, financial, or operational roles.
* Experience in collections follow-up, billing, and administrative control.
* Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
* Intermediate English for participation in meetings and conferences.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation, submission, and follow-up of proposals and quotations for clients.
* Billing, collections, and client portfolio follow-up.
* Coordination of new client onboarding and internal assignment of responsible personnel.
* Supervision of information delivery schedules and operational follow-up with clients.
* Administrative coordination of treasury and operational relations with banks.
* Expense, payment, and budget control and follow-up.
* Supervision of administrative and legal support staff.
* Follow-up on procedures before SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other government agencies.
* Management of administrative purchases, stationery, cleaning, and general services.
* Administrative coordination of foreign offices.
* Preparation of meeting minutes, follow-up on agreements, and support in improvement projects.
Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
* Profile demonstrating decisiveness, sound judgment, and ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
Work Modality:
* 100% in-person work in CDMX
* Occasional travel availability

Salary: $25,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month
