Pioneer company in the stationery commercial sector in Mexico with over 80 years of experience in the industry is seeking: Accountant Analyst Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field (degree preferred). Experience: 1 to 2 years in: * Bank reconciliations * Accounting entries * Audit support Position objective: Responsible for controlling and analyzing accounting records to ensure the accuracy of account balances included in financial statements. Responsibilities: * Accounting entries, including balance transfers, investments, insurance amortization, asset depreciation, taxes, among others. * Monitoring and control of items in bank reconciliations. * Recording of biweekly, weekly, and final settlement payroll, as well as monthly payroll reconciliation. * Monitoring and control of advance payments and insurance amortization. * Asset additions, disposals, modifications, depreciation, and amortization of fixed assets. * Determination and recording of foreign exchange fluctuations for bank accounts held in foreign currency. * Reviewing and analyzing accounting accounts to ensure their correct recording.
