Knowledge and application of KPIs in Sales, Shrinkage, Expenses, and Inventory Standard vehicle operation Responsibilities: * Execute necessary actions to ensure store profitability (5–7 stores under supervision). * Ensure daily store operations comply with company standards, policies, and culture. * Implement actions guaranteeing process adherence and flawless execution by store staff. * Collaborate with company departments to achieve regional and overall corporate objectives. * Monitor staff for recruitment, retention, and development.
