This position is focused on premium showroom client experience, sales support and relationship management within the design, architecture and luxury retail sector. This is not a call center position. It requires face\-to\-face client interaction, consultative sales skills and experience working with high\-end brands or discerning clients. Key Responsibilities * Manage relationships with retailers, architects and interior designers. * Deliver exceptional in\-person client experience in our showroom. * Provide tailored product quotations and follow\-up. * Oversee order processing, logistics and shipment coordination. * Prepare quotations, invoices and order documentation. * Maintain long\-term client relationships through proactive follow\-up. * Present collections to professional clients. * Conduct after\-sales follow\-up calls and emails. * Represent the brand at trade fairs and exhibitions. * Collaborate closely with the production team. * Prepare reports and research documentation. What We Are Looking For * 2\-3 experience in: * Luxury retail * High\-end showroom sales * Premium client service environments * Advanced spoken and written English (mandatory). * Fluent Spanish and English. * Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills. * Excellent presentation and communication skills. * Experience working with architects, designers or premium brands (preferred). * Highly organized, detail\-oriented and methodical. * Proactive, solution\-oriented and team\-focused. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills. * Genuine interest in lighting, architecture or design.
