You will coordinate key warehouse operations: receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping. You will ensure accurate alignment between physical inventory and system records. You will oversee physical, cycle, and monthly inventories to maintain precise stock control. You will monitor key performance indicators: inventory accuracy, productivity, service level, and order fulfillment times. You will drive organization and efficiency by applying methodologies such as 5S. What are we looking for in you? Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor. Knowledge of inventory control and KPI management. Ability to lead operational teams. Availability to work in Cuautitlán Izcalli (residence near the area is mandatory). Availability to work rotating shifts Monday through Saturday, from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. What do we offer? Monthly gross salary of $18,000 to $20,000.
