Job Summary: Controls and safeguards materials entering and leaving the facility, maintaining both physical and system inventory accuracy, fulfilling orders, and managing the warehouse. Responsible for warehouse organization and cleanliness Job Objective: To orderly control and safeguard all materials entering and leaving the facility, ensuring physical inventory matches system records. Main Responsibilities: Fulfill orders as requested by Logistics and Commercial departments. Check material stock levels, schedule restocking, and validate physical inventories. Request safety data sheets and certificates for materials requiring them. Monitor warehouse identification, arrangement, order, and cleanliness. Inspect forklifts, fluids, and physical conditions of loading equipment. Repackage and label products when necessary. Receive suppliers, verify delivery notes, and inspect incoming goods against purchase orders. Lead product and material catalog project, including implementation of identification codes to support restocking, counting, and inventory management.
