A company with over 50 years in the market and a leader in the sale of air conditioning and refrigeration parts and equipment is seeking a Warehouse Leader. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, inventory control, operational staff supervision, and use of administrative systems. This position is key to the company's strategic growth.
**Job Objective:**
Ensure proper control, safeguarding, and flow of materials within the warehouse, guaranteeing inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely supply to relevant departments.
**Candidate Profile:**
* Minimum Education: Completed high school or technical degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel and inventory control systems.
* Supervision and management of direct reports. Headcount: 8
* Ability to perform accurate inventory counts and handle information effectively.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Responsible, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
* Willingness to perform hands-on work within the warehouse.
**Desirable Knowledge:**
* Inventory control (receipts, issues, and transfers)
* Experience with Ero system or warehouse software.
* Storage methods (FIFO, LIFO)
* Shrinkage control and audits.
* Performance metrics (inventory turnover, inventory levels)
**Technical Skills:**
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
* Use of scanners or inventory control devices.
* Report generation.
* Document control (purchase orders, invoices \- delivery notes)
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Supervise goods receipt, storage, and dispatch.
* Maintain up-to-date physical and system inventory records.
* Conduct cyclic and full inventories.
* Coordinate assigned personnel.
* Verify correct placement and safeguarding of materials.
* Control goods receipts and issues.
* Identify and report discrepancies or shortages.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and processes.
* Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness.

Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month
