You will be directly responsible for the secure storage, control, and efficient supply of materials to ensure uninterrupted construction progress. **Objective:** Control the flow of construction and finishing materials to meet macro-development workfront schedules, ensuring zero inventory loss and precise delivery per housing unit. **Your Key On-Site Responsibilities:** * **Batch-Based Management:** Coordinate material deliveries (steel, cement, piping, tiles, faucets) specifically assigned by block and house number. * **“Ant Theft” Control:** Implement strict controls to prevent petty theft and on-site material waste. * **Contractor Supply:** Verify and record material deliveries to various work crews (masonry, plumbing, electrical). * **Yard Logistics:** Strategically organize heavy materials to facilitate continuous truck and hopper loading/unloading. * **Cyclical Inventories:** Conduct weekly audits of critical stock to avoid halts in the construction line. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in warehouses of **housing developers** (e.g., Ruba, Javer, Casas ARA, or similar). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in **bill-of-materials breakdown** (understanding how many materials each house prototype requires). * **Software:** Experience with specialized ERP systems (e.g., **Enkontrol**, SAP, or Neodata) and advanced Excel. * **Physical Capability:** Forklift operation (mandatory) and willingness to work on-site (the role is fully field-based). * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (suggested range: $18,000 \- $22,000 gross, based on experience). * Statutory benefits and food vouchers. * Career development plan within one of the region’s fastest-growing construction companies. * Uniforms and personal protective equipment.
