Maintenance of an organized store and proper product display **About the Position:** Trikes Artesanales is looking for a Counter Salesperson and Cashier. Your primary role will be serving customers, advising them on purchases, processing payments, restocking and arranging merchandise, and ensuring the store remains tidy and clean at all times. We seek a team member passionate about sales and customer interaction, with a positive attitude, who wishes to join a stable and growing company. Full-time, On-site Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM **$2,800 weekly + commissions + up to $1,000 monthly bonuses** We seek someone with genuine enthusiasm for sales and customer interaction, a positive attitude, and a desire to join a stable and growing company. **Your Responsibilities:** * Serve customers at the counter, providing personalized product consultation. * Process cash and card payments via bank terminal. * Generate receipts and invoices in the point-of-sale system (Odoo). * Suggest complementary products to increase the value of each sale. * Inform customers about promotions and new arrivals. * Maintain an organized store with well-displayed products and visible pricing. * Perform cash reconciliation at the end of each shift. **Requirements:** **Minimum 2 years of experience in counter sales and cash handling.** * Age 27–38 preferred * Demonstrable honesty and responsibility in handling money. * Strong service orientation, friendliness, and initiative in sales. * Good verbal communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people. * Organized individual with attention to detail. * Basic computer and Excel proficiency. * Completed high school diploma (minimum). * Preferred: Experience with Odoo or other point-of-sale systems (not mandatory — we provide training).**What We Offer:** * Base salary of $2,800 weekly, tax-free. * Commissions on personal sales. * Monthly Punctuality Bonus: $500. * Monthly Attendance Bonus: $500. * **Statutory benefits**: IMSS, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), vacation days, vacation premium. * **Direct employment contract with the company**. * Fixed schedule Monday to Friday — **weekends off**. * Paid training on products, point-of-sale system, and sales techniques. * Real growth opportunities based on performance.
