**General Description** Responsible for supervising, controlling and managing the human, material and tool resources assigned to the project, ensuring compliance with the construction schedule, quality, critical path, internal procedures and the executive budget established by the company. **Main Functions** * Daily supervision of construction processes, ensuring quality, order, cleanliness and adherence to procedures. * Review, study and master the executive project, budget, material take-offs, item catalogs and work generators. * Prepare work orders, weekly piecework assignments and corresponding work generators. * Coordinate with the sub-coordination team the workforce schedule and hiring of required personnel. * Control logbooks, material requisitions, inventories and technical documentation of the project. * Verify the quality of each construction process and follow up on observations from internal, external and superintendent audits. * Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas, materials, equipment and tools. * Ensure compliance with construction processes and partial quality validations. **Profile Requirements** Education * Civil Engineering (mandatory). **Experience** * Minimum 5 years in urban development or similar construction. **Gender** * Indifferent. **Technical Knowledge** * AutoCAD and CivilCAD. * Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project. * Construction Technical Standards. * Blueprint interpretation, material take-offs and budgeting. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and teamwork. * Decision-making and stress management. * Effective communication. * Planning, order and methodical work approach. * Analytical and synthetic capacity, and strong sense of responsibility.
