We support and empower you to go beyond your comfort zone, providing resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth — all while valuing your unique contributions. **Apply now for the Trainee \- Remote Network Support position!** **Your Role:** * The Technical Support Trainee will serve as the first point of contact (Level 1) for incident management, initial configuration, and resolution of common issues for internal and external customers in the healthcare sector. * This position is designed for individuals beginning their career in technical support who wish to grow within a professional and structured environment; prior experience is not required, though basic knowledge in IT or customer service is desirable. * Advanced communication skills in English and Spanish are essential; Portuguese is preferred. * We will provide 8 weeks of training to our new hires. * As our training center is located in Germany, willingness and readiness to travel is required. **Your Experience and Skills:** * Handle basic technical support requests related to networks or IT applications under supervision. * Log and route customer-reported incidents following established procedures. * Assist in resolving common application or workflow issues while learning about the customer’s clinical processes. * Collaborate in analyzing and documenting technical issues, guided by the senior team. * Participate in content management tasks on the customer’s infrastructure, ensuring information integrity under supervision. * Coordinate with other teams and locations under the functional leader’s guidance. **Requirements:** * Reside in Mexico, preferably in CDMX. * Recent graduate (within one year of graduation) in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technology and/or networking field. * Progressive experience in technical support or administration roles involving software, hardware, networks, databases, and/or desktop systems. * Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese. * Advanced English (mandatory). * Extensive knowledge of network administration, LAN/WAN protocols (TCP/IP, IPSEC, Firewalls). * Foundational skills in Networking, Routing, and Switching, preferably using Cisco technology. * Experience with VPNs and firewall configuration across multiple vendors, e.g., FortiNet, Palo Alto, Cisco, WatchGuard, SonicWall. * Desired certifications: CISCO CCNA and/or CCNP. * Prior experience in the healthcare industry. **Our Global Team:** We are a team of over 71\.000 highly dedicated Healthineers focused on healthcare, operating in more than 70 countries.
