Technical problem-solving with international collaboration **Test Engineer / Senior Test Engineer (Intermediate–Senior Level)** **Work Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León** **Work Mode: On-site** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:36 p.m.** **Salary and Benefits** * Up to $43,000 gross per month (based on experience) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Job stability and professional growth * Exposure to global projects and interaction with international clients **What You’ll Do in This Role** We seek a Test Engineer with server experience to join a technical team focused on validation, diagnostics, and system improvement in the electronics industry. This role combines technical execution, failure analysis, customer interaction, and participation in improvement and automation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead test execution and debugging of server hardware and software * Diagnose complex failures and perform root cause analysis * Provide technical support and manage technical escalations with customers * Develop and improve test scripts and test automation * Validate system configurations (BIOS, BMC, NICs, storage, power) * Generate and review technical reports * Collaborate with internal and global teams * Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers **Requirements** * Completed degree in Electronics, Systems, Computer Science, or related field * 2–4 years of experience in server testing or validation * Experience with server hardware and testing environments * Knowledge of Linux (basic/intermediate administration) * Networking knowledge (VLANs, PXE, IPMI/Redfish) * Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar) * **Advanced English (MANDATORY, daily use with customers)** **Preferred Qualifications** * Test automation experience * New Product Introduction (NPI) experience * Prior customer-facing experience * Valid visa and passport **Ideal For You If** * You already have server testing experience and want to take the next step * You’re interested in combining technical troubleshooting with international interaction * You seek a technically challenging environment with real-world problems and growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $43,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you hold a valid visa? * Can you commute daily to the Finsa Park in Santa Catarina?
