Growth Opportunity **Job Objective:** Provide timely and efficient technical support to internal and/or external users, ensuring the proper operation of equipment, systems, and networks through incident response, diagnosis, and resolution of technological issues that contribute to organizational operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Level 1 and Level 2 Support\. * Provide on-site and remote technical assistance. * Resolution of failures and incidents related to the IT Department. * Installation of network cabling. * Support for CCTV systems and access control systems. * Management of computer equipment inventory. * Repair of electronic equipment and devices. * Corrective and preventive maintenance. * Configuration and administration of VoIP telephony. * Active Directory administration. * Support, training, and guidance for teams in real estate developments. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in **Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field** Experience * Minimum **1–2 years in technical support** * Experience in: * Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance * Hardware and software failure diagnosis * Operating system installation * Printer and peripheral configuration * In-person and remote user support * Basic network support (LAN/WiFi) * Technical support certifications (preferred), such as: * IT Essentials * CompTIA A\+ * Basic Microsoft / Cisco certifications **Skills and Competencies:** * Proactive * Self-taught and enthusiastic about emerging technologies * Ability to work under pressure * Innovative * Problem analysis and resolution * Teamwork. **Job Conditions:** * Location: Morelia, Michoacán (on-site) * Schedule: Rotating shift, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM \- 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM \- 6:30 PM), Saturdays (10:00 AM \- 2:00 PM) * Gender: Not specified **We Offer:** * Salary: **MXN $12,000 monthly gross (nominal)** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunity Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to MXN $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
