JOB SUMMARY * Work with checklists (Service, Production, and Quality), diagrams, schematics, blueprints, kits, diagnostic protocols, specifications, and other documentation. Perform essential updates, including surface-mount component replacement across a wide range of units, devices, and electrical/electronic products. * Install firmware at the PCB level and above using a broad range of equipment, including EPROM burners and flash memory programmers. * Disassemble and reassemble electronic subsystems and simulate operations. Test and troubleshoot using software and test equipment/accessories. * Analyze units and diagnose electronic or electrical failures occurring during any manufacturing or customer service operation. * Apply engineering diagnostic protocols and provide recommendations to improve these processes. * Receive customer equipment (download, receipt, Salesforce records, unboxing, and placement onto the service line; some equipment will be exported to Pennsylvania or Florida). * Collect and retain products for orders requested by the Sales Department. * RMA box Pick\-Pack * Pick\-Pack loan * Shipping label creation * Scheduling pickups/creating shipping labels for RMA/boxes. * SAP stock receipt * Assist with inventory control/counting * Unpacking and packing of goods * Storing goods in the correct storage area/shelf/box * Assisting with shipment receipt * Supporting other areas, such as weapons service and LLP REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION * 1 year of experience in assembly, testing, diagnostics, and repair of electronic components. * Ability to use available soldering equipment to repair or modify printed circuit boards according to IPC standards. * Knowledge of oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, function generators, and other commonly used electronic test equipment. * High manual dexterity. * Ability to read schematics and assembly drawings.
