\- High school diploma, completed or incomplete technical degree. \- Availability to work rotating shifts (morning and afternoon). \- Preferably residing in the southeast, south, or southwest areas of Hermosillo, Sonora; or able to commute. \- Permanent, stable employment with professional growth opportunities. **Technical knowledge:** Reading and interpreting single-line or electrical diagrams; working with medium and low voltage; electrical installations; interpreting blueprints and manuals; working at heights and on elevated platforms; basic knowledge of signal, control, and power wiring; use of multimeter and ammeter; LOTO or generic lockout/tagout systems; pressure, flow, level, and temperature measurement instruments.
