We specialize primarily in the coating process of parts for the automotive industry. We carry out specialized treatments that enhance part durability. **Job Requirements** * Laboratory Technician / Recent graduate * Proficiency in laboratory equipment: pipettes, burettes, glassware, etc. * Experience in volumetric analysis (acid\-base titrations). * Basic knowledge of acid\-base reactions and electrochemistry. * Fully operational profile, with no objection to working on the shop floor. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct process analysis via titrations. * Add chemicals to the process. * Maintain process tanks and filters. * Operate potentiometer equipment. * Validate processes using HULL cell testing. **Salary and Benefits:** * Starting salary of $15,000 to $17,000 MXN per month (gross). * Weekly payroll (one-week lag). * Food vouchers equivalent to 11% of salary (paid every four weeks). * Savings fund contribution of 10% (deposited twice per year). * Weekly attendance and punctuality bonus. * Transportation assistance. * Direct employment with the company. * Job classification system. Currently, we operate three shifts, rotating approximately monthly: **DAY SHIFT (Shift 1\)** Monday to Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **AFTERNOON SHIFT (Shift 2\)** Monday to Saturday 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (on Saturdays, shift ends at 7:00 p.m.). **NIGHT SHIFT (Shift 3\)** Sunday to Friday 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (includes one hour of daily overtime).
