Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning. **Grupo Quokka is looking for:** **Systems, Infrastructure, and AI Automation Developer** Position Objective We seek a strategic and technical professional responsible for developing internal technological solutions, automating processes, strengthening technological infrastructure, and delivering specialized support—driving digital transformation and innovation within Grupo Quokka. Main Responsibilities * Development of internal tools, applications, or solutions focused on operational efficiency. * Automation of administrative and operational processes via scripts, integrations, or technological platforms. * Implementation of AI-based business solutions (e.g., chatbots, agents, automation, data analysis, digital assistants). * Integration and consumption of APIs to connect internal platforms or systems. * Administration and support of technological infrastructure: laptops, mobile devices, software, networks, and internet. * Management of email accounts, users, and collaborative tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365\). * Basic server administration, backups, access control, and technological security. * Identification of opportunities for technological improvement and process digitalization. * Specialized technical support for internal users. Requirements * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. * Experience in software development, automation or system integration, and AI utilization. * Knowledge of technical support and infrastructure management.
