If you are passionate about fieldwork, have leadership vision, and commitment to sustainability, this opportunity is for you. ### **Responsibilities:** * Proficiency in construction management software (Excel, SketchUp, AutoCAD, among others). * Interpret project blueprints, specifications, technical manuals, update activity schedules, among others. * Quantify materials required per construction phase, review orders and receive materials. * Ensure installations and work comply with quality standards during execution, electrical connections, and commissioning. * Plan and supervise multidisciplinary teams on-site (civil works, electrical installations, sheet metalwork, among others). * Knowledge of electrical regulations with focus on photovoltaic systems. * Prepare periodic construction progress reports. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of photovoltaic systems. * Strong communication skills, leadership, ability to work under pressure, and decision-making. * Knowledge of STPS Occupational Safety and Health regulations: NOM-031, NOM-009, NOM-027, and NOM-029. * Preparation of checklists, inspections, risk assessments, work permits, and safety talks. * Valid driver's license. ### **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree and title in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Energy, or related fields. * Proven experience as a construction supervisor or site manager (minimum 2 years). * Knowledge of sustainable construction and environmental regulations. * Leadership, organizational skills, and excellent management of multidisciplinary teams. * Availability for on-site work in Toluca, State of Mexico. ### **We Offer** * Competitive monthly salary between $14,000 and $20,000 MXN. * Job stability and opportunities for professional growth. * Statutory benefits and innovative renewable energy projects. * Inclusive and collaborative work environment.
