IMPORTANT FINANCIAL SECTOR COMPANY IS SEEKING YOUR TALENT — JOIN OUR TEAMS AS: * **HYDRAULIC AND SANITARY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** **ZONE:** Parques Polanco, 15 minutes from **SAN JOAQUIN metro station.** **EXPERIENCE:** 2 years **EDUCATION:** Technical degree / High school diploma **KNOWLEDGE:** * Interpretation of hydraulic and sanitary blueprints. * Hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater installations. * Handling of pipes and hydraulic-sanitary equipment. * Supervision and coordination of personnel. * Hydraulic testing and leak detection. * Material control and construction progress tracking. * Safety and hygiene regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise the installation of hydraulic, sanitary, and stormwater systems on site. * Coordinate and direct technical staff and work crews. * Verify that work is executed in accordance with blueprints, specifications, and current regulations. * Monitor construction progress and adherence to the established schedule. * Conduct supervision walkthroughs to ensure quality and safety during work execution. * Coordinate hydraulic, sanitary, and leak-detection tests. * Control proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. * Request materials and monitor supply delivery to the site. * Prepare daily progress reports, incident logs, and activity summaries. * Identify and resolve technical issues arising during project execution. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of hydraulic and sanitary installations. * Maintain constant communication with site supervisors, residents, and clients. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Validate proper handover of completed installations. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly base salary * Weekly payment every FRIDAY * Statutory benefits from day one * Monthly grocery vouchers INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY VIA WHATSAPP AT 56 69880300 Salary: $14,500\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
