Candidates must exhibit a positive attitude, proactivity, decision-making ability, personnel management skills, capability to manage and improve workplace climate, receptiveness, empathy, respectfulness, and attentiveness. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Supervise the daily operations of the security team, ensuring effective task execution. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, developing risk mitigation strategies. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security violations or incidents. * Serve as liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and security breaches, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in a security supervision role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass an extensive background check. * Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties, including standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.
