Opportunity for growth within the company. **Job Description:** A construction company specializing in mass housing development is seeking a **Finishing Supervisor** to guarantee the correct execution, quality, and timely delivery of finishing work on-site, ensuring compliance with established standards for each housing unit. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise finishing work (drywall, painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, glazing, etc.). * Verify the quality of materials and labor. * Coordinate contractors and on-site personnel to meet deadlines. * Identify and correct details or deviations in construction processes. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications and drawings. * Track physical progress of construction work. * Report incidents, progress, and requirements to the site manager. * Validate snag lists prior to housing unit handover. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree (completed or incomplete). * Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising finishing work in mass housing projects. * Knowledge of finishing processes and construction materials. * Basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Excel and/or construction management software. * Ability to coordinate work teams. * Focus on quality, attention to detail, and adherence to schedules. * Willingness to work on-site. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunity for growth within the company.
