POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT: An Intelligent Process Automation Senior Developer, also known as a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Senior Developer or Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) Senior Developer, plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions within an organization. * To analyze, design and develop Intelligent Process Automations scripts. * To collaborate with cross\-functional teams to implement and manage Intelligent Process Automation methodologies. * To drive process improvements achieving efficiencies and quality enhancements for best results. * To perform unit testing for automation scripts along to orchestrate according to the automation platform of choice. * To perform user acceptance testing with personnel assigned to complete this task. * To drive innovation and improvements in service, internal controls, and quality. * To determine component re\-usability for automation. * To understand and collaborate with automation teams, focused on process improvements throughout organizations. * To address and update maintenance cases for broken scripts. * To ensure correct use of AI and Intelligent Process Automation policies. * To teach others about as required. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: 1\. Requirements Analysis: * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation. * Analyze and document detailed process steps, data flows, and business rules. 2\. Solution Design: * Design end\-to\-end automation solutions using RPA tools and other intelligent automation technologies. * Develop solution architecture and ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability. 3\. Development: * Develop and configure automation workflows using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other relevant platforms. * Write scripts or code to integrate and enhance automation capabilities. * Implement data integration and ensure data accuracy and integrity. 4\. Testing: * Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to identify and resolve any issues. * Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability of the automated processes. 5\. Deployment: * Deploy and monitor automation solutions in production environments. * Provide support during the deployment phase and address any issues that may arise. 6\. Maintenance and Optimization: * Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions, making updates and improvements as needed. * Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains. 7\. Documentation: * Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including technical documentation and user guides. * Keep documentation up to date with changes and enhancements. 8\. Collaboration: * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including GTS/IT, business analysts, and operations, to ensure alignment with organizational goals. * Provide technical support and training to end\-users as needed. Job Qualifications: SKILLS / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Skills/Experience: Required * Proficient in LLM (Large Language Model) programming or languages such as C\#, Java, Python or others. * 1\+ years of proven experience as an RPA Developer or similar role. * Hands\-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism. * Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. Preferred * Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment. Education: Required * Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, related field or equivalent work experience. * Advanced Level English Knowledge. Preferred * Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma/Agile tools. * Proven experience working with remote/multicultural teams.
