Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions. **Job Objective** Ensure proper planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects by leading development teams and guaranteeing technical quality, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals—through implementation of best practices, agile methodologies, and a customer-centric approach. **Responsibilities** * Lead development teams, promoting best practices, mentoring, and team growth. * Plan, estimate, and track technology projects to ensure timely and proper delivery. * Manage technical and operational risks, proposing timely solutions. * Coordinate project execution using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrids). * Prioritize activities based on business value and strategic objectives. * Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Oversee development quality, including testing, coding standards, and certification processes. * Ensure proper technical documentation, architectures, and design decisions. * Monitor performance, usage, and product quality metrics to drive continuous improvement. * Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical teams. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Prior experience as a **Delivery Manager, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar role**. * Experience leading software development teams. * Experience managing technology projects and end\-to\-end deliveries. * Programming languages and frameworks (Java, JavaScript, Python, .NET, or others). * Software architecture: microservices, REST, GraphQL, design patterns. * Infrastructure and DevOps: CI/CD, automation, cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and optimization. * Testing and QA: unit, integration, end\-to\-end. * Development best practices: Clean Code, SOLID. * Application security: authentication, data protection, and industry best practices. * Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Project planning, estimation, and management. * Task assignment, prioritization, and time management. * Conflict resolution and decision-making. * Mentoring and technical talent development. * Effective communication with technical teams and stakeholders. * Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Customer focus and user experience orientation. **Nice to Have** * Experience in development process certification or code validation. * Knowledge of product and performance metrics. * Experience in large-scale agile environments.
