Site Manager

Description

We are seeking a Site Manager for **Orión Productos Industriales SA de CV.** We are looking for an expert to coordinate and supervise the operational and administrative activities of the site, ensuring proper logistical control, vehicle maintenance, warehouse administration, fuel management, and monitoring of operational personnel—guaranteeing uninterrupted operations and compliance with internal procedures and safety standards. **Functions and Responsibilities** **Logistics and Operations** * Monitor and track vehicle entries and exits using logbooks. * Assign and manage drivers, loads, and vehicle weight limits. * Monitor transit times in accordance with the operational schedule. * Coordinate security escorts and schedule security services for vehicles. * Fuel Management **Warehouse Administration** * Record and control material receipts and issuances in the system. * Manage and control physical, cyclical, and monthly inventories. * Maintain appropriate stock levels to avoid operational disruptions. * Prepare inventory reports. * Manage documentation for material and product deliveries. **Vehicle Maintenance** * Monitor the physical and mechanical condition of vehicles. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. * Prepare weekly maintenance and repair reports. **Human Capital** * Submit and monitor operational staff incidents. * Track vacations, leave requests, and disciplinary reports. * Support recruitment processes, interviews, and hiring. * Manage personnel file documentation. * Provide administrative support for terminations and labor-related matters. **Required Profile** * Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, and vehicle maintenance. * Experience managing operational personnel. * Knowledge of inventory control and transportation documentation. * Prior experience in transportation or chemical products companies is desirable. * Proficiency in administrative systems and Microsoft Office suite.
