




We are seeking an experienced **ServiceNow Developer** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in developing, customizing, and configuring **ServiceNow** applications, with a focus on modules such as **ITSM**, **HRSD**, and **CSM**. You will be responsible for creating custom applications, implementing workflows, and integrating with other systems to enhance business processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, configure, and maintain **ServiceNow** applications, ensuring high\-quality code and adherence to best practices. * Customize and configure **ITSM**, **HRSD**, and **CSM** modules to meet business requirements. * Work on complex ServiceNow workflows, forms, and scripting to automate processes. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into functional and technical solutions. * Integrate ServiceNow with third\-party systems using **REST/SOAP APIs** and other integration techniques. * Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ensure effective issue resolution. * Assist in the development and deployment of **ServiceNow** upgrades and patches, ensuring customizations are not affected. * Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members. **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** -------------------------------------- * **Experience****:** ------------------- + Minimum of **3 years of experience** working with **ServiceNow** as a Developer. + Solid experience with **ServiceNow ITSM** (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and CSM. * **Technical Skills****:** ------------------------- + **Strong proficiency in** **JavaScript** **(for scripting in ServiceNow).** --------------------------------------------------------------------------- + In\-depth knowledge of **ServiceNow development**, including **Business Rules**, **Script Includes**, **UI Actions**, **UI Scripts**, and **Workflows**. + Experience with **ServiceNow Service Portal** development and configuration. + Familiarity with **ServiceNow Orchestration** and **Flow Designer**. + Strong understanding of **REST/SOAP APIs** and integration techniques. * **Certifications****:** ----------------------- + **Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)** certification is required. * **Soft Skills****:** -------------------- + Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with both technical and non\-technical teams. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast\-paced environment. + Problem\-solving and analytical thinking with attention to detail. **Desirable Skills:** * ServiceNow **IntegrationHub** expertise. * Experience with **ServiceNow Agile Development**. * Knowledge of **Scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS)** within the ServiceNow platform. * Experience with **ServiceNow Discovery** and **Service Mapping**. * Knowledge and experience in any other ServiceNow Module (ITAM, ITOM, GRC, etc). * Any other **CIS Certifications** (such as CIS\-ITSM, CIS\-CSM, CIS\-ITOM, CIS\-ITAM, etc.)
