




Job Summary: A Service Advisor manages customer service in the workshop, coordinates warranties, tracks vehicles, and prepares vehicles for delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive customer service in the automotive workshop 2. Coordination and administration of vehicle warranties 3. Full vehicle tracking in the workshop until delivery SERVICE ADVISOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR CLIENTS BRINGING THEIR VEHICLES TO THE WORKSHOP WARRANTIES (CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATION) VEHICLE TRACKING IN THE WORKSHOP FROM RECEIPT UNTIL DELIVERY PREPARING WARRANTY FILES FOR VEHICLES ENTERING THE WORKSHOP PREPARING INFORMATION AND CONTACTING ALL CUSTOMERS FOR VEHICLE DELIVERY COORDINATION WITH MECHANICS SERVICE-RELATED ACTIVITIES WORKING HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8:30 AM TO 2:00 PM AND 4:00 PM TO 7:00 PM SATURDAY: 8:30 AM TO 2:00 PM; SUNDAYS OFF SALARY: BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSION ON PARTS INVOICED ONGOING TRAINING PROFESSIONAL GROWTH Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
